Global Call Discount Telecom Inc. (GCDT) is a privately-held corporation that was established in 1995. The company is based in the USA in the heart of the Telecommunications  world.

GCDT was originally founded to provide international callback services, but we now provide Direct Dial Phone to Phone services via toll free numbers in most countries in the world routing calls over our discount network. Plus PC to Phone service for those who can take advantage of the Internet to make really cheap calls.

The United States has some of the lowest international telecommunications rates in the world. In the early 1980's, the US Government deregulated the long distance market and long distance rates have been dropping ever since. Our callback technology allows us to pass these low rates on to individuals and businesses overseas by originating all calls in the US.

Since 1995, GCDT has expanded to provide a wide variety of other services such as residential long-distance services, domestic and international calling cards, prepaid phone cards, toll free numbers, interactive voice response and world wide web phone integration. We provide services on retail and wholesale basis.

GCDT uses high quality fiber-optic and satellite lines of major international carriers for crystal clear international calling. We purchase time from these carriers on a wholesale basis and pass the savings on to the customer. Using least cost routing, our switches automatically find the least expensive route for calls and processes them via state-of-the-art digital technology.
